Assalamualaikum to my lecturer,Miss Salina Safian..
For this first entry, I will gonna comment about the first chapter..actually,I have a little bit knowledge about Information Technology..but it is not too much..but,when Miss give a lecture..I got something new about the Technology..I aware that technology is important to all people..especially for business..
In this chapter,I learn what is the definitions of IT..IT is a field concerned with the use of technology in managing and processing information..with the technology,work become easy and faster..people also improve their knowledge and skill,not only for specific purpose but also contribute to the country economy..
With this kind of technology,it also give an impact for the business operations..For example,to Human Resource,Customer Services and also Sales and Marketing..In business,IT help each of department to cooperate each other..from that,it will make the operation in that company become easier..
That's all for this entry..I hope I can explore more about IT in the future..:-)
