MGT 300 strategic initiatives for implementing competitive advantages

in this chapter i learn about how organizations understand their customers....
this is interesting chapter because to me it help me to know how a business or organizations to produce a product that customers want and needs. when miss salina teach me about this chapter to was blur and for me at that time it hard to me to understand it because all the point are relate. if i don't understand the first point i will loss...
but when miss salina try to explain it a little more detail then i can see want are the important point for this chapter...
after i learn this chapter i wonder that's why many organizations are able to produce a product that customer want even not all of the product that they produce are perfect at least there still have customer that can accept the product and buy it.
