assalamualaikum... in this blog i want to share that i have learn chapter 4 the title is measuring the success of strategic initiatives.. in this chapter i learn the efficiency it metrics and effectiveness it metrics.. when i learn this chapter its hard for me to understand and compare the different between the efficiency and effectiveness of it.. there are different that is efficiency is measure the performance but effectiveness is measure the impact of it.. with this i able to understand and can make the different. also i learn list and describe the common type of efficiency it metric.. in this title there are 5 common type for efficiency and 4 for effectiveness that is interrelationship of it metric. before this i never know that are type in the it of the effectiveness and efficiency.. so this kind of new thing that i learn for this subject also this will also increase my common knowledge of it. also in this chapter i learn that customer relationship management metrics. in this chapter i cannot understand well and hard to explain but i try to seek for more information that how business organization try to make strategy to improve their business.. also business try to make different product to compete with other product..basically this chapter apply to organization and try to improve their business to become more efficiency and effectiveness...
