i want to comment in this blog is chapter 9..
shortly about the chapter 9 is how the organization make the decision making..
the company must have are good system to make the decision making. organization must make the decision carefully so the decision will know give bad impact to the company.. for me in this chapter it easy to understand the chapter because in are normal life people always make the decision in their life. so it easy for me to understand the chapter and also i can really think logically on how to make the decision making. but what the chapter tell is what the system that can be apply in the organization to make the decision making so the company will get ,the good feedback from the customer and this will give good image to the company.. it is important so that the customer will know the company able to make good decision also easy to establish because of the good decision making. for me this chapter are using the common knowledge. i hope what i understand in this chapter are true..

people are always a decision in their life.
