assalamualaikum... in this blog i want to tell about chapter 5. in the previous chapter we have learn the it metrics that the organization can use to improve their business than in this chapter we have learn the it roles and responsibilities. in this chapter i have learn a very-very new thing in my live because before this i did not that in the organization have it department or organization that always update and protect the information. i only think that in every department that only manager that only can control the it and all of the information. but after i learn this chapter i was wrong because organization that are have their own department of it to control and monitor the information on it. also there have a leader and structure.. this department try to protect the information of the company from any company or people try to hack or seek information illegally.. all of the officer in the department have they own responsibilities and roles to do.. for me this really a new thing for me to learn.. and also i really can understand this chapter in fast and maybe because of this it will give me new knowledge for me also i can apply in industry when i try to seek for job...
