in this time i want to comment about chapter 10..
now days people have their vision and mission to achieve in their life.. it is important that each people in this world want aim for something for their life to improve or get better life same goes to me.. in chapter 10 the organization have to extending by supply chain management. this chapter tell that the organization have to plan (this is the basic of supply chain) so that it will have the target, what are the specific or main function of the company to give and provide to the customer. so what that i understand this is all about how the company want to establish the company. if the organization have lead the market doesn't meant that the company not have to improve the product because other competitor will come out with the new idea and try to become no1 in the market. this chapter to me basically are to me is good to get better understanding about how the organization or maybe can also think how people are plan and set the target to improve and become the no1 in the market. i kind fell like this chapter also can be the same as the an economy subject that tell on how the company will do the strategic to lead the market and establish the company.... also after i learn this chapter it make me think that this knowledge also can be apply in our life..

business must always plan to achieve the organization objective....
